Training yet? Or still merely exercising (masturbating) ?

    It was a great Starting Strength Seminar this past weekend at "Crossfit South Brooklyn".  Always nice to train with Rip and the other Starting Strength Coaches.   Here's the link to a new article written by Rip on T-Nation.  I could write up a summary for everyone, but it's just more awesome to read it yourselves.  As always, all truth and no bullshit.  Again, for everyone - it's all right here.  Choose to continue to ignore The Truth if you want.  If you actually want to get strong and wish you knew what it feels like to actually make some sort of progress in the gym, well, it's fun.  You really need to come find me
